Our family has been farming around Columbus Junction, Iowa since the 19th Century. We follow in their footsteps, raising delicious heritage pork outside, the way pigs were raised for centuries,on an 1830s farm site in Southeast Iowa. Our chosen breed, Mangalitsa, was originally developed for the Royal Habsburg family and is commonly considered the finest eating pork in the world.
