I was going to make bacon sandwiches with it, because you can’t really find back bacon in the US. But my wife got a hold of the jowl bacon and used it to make a bacon and mushroom pasta cream sauce of her own design. I regret nothing.
Haven’t eaten through my whole Fourth of July box yet, but everything we’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. Will for sure be ordering again!
