Amazing - best sausage I've ever had!

Just got my first delivery & all I can say is wow!! That mangalitsa fat is unreal. The flavor makes your eyes roll back in your head. Truly the best & most fresh sausage I’ve ever had. We've all grown so used to what we think pork tastes like and that's a shame. The hogs they use are the same hogs from the 1800s, not modified to have less fat due to that ridiculous "fat is bad" craze.
Don't even second-guess getting an order in. Just do it! You won't regret it.

Sausage Sampler A Big Hit :)

The Sausage Sampler was fantastic. All flavors were enjoyable, with the Mushroom Swiss bratwurst edging out the others as it went fastest.
