Will Buy Again

I was going to make bacon sandwiches with it, because you can’t really find back bacon in the US. But my wife got a hold of the jowl bacon and used it to make a bacon and mushroom pasta cream sauce of her own design. I regret nothing.

It was amazing

I ordered an assortment of products and have tried the jowl bacon and the breakfast sausages so far. They were amazing. I'm glad I read some articles on how to cook it first. Cooking it slowly took more time but wow was it worth the extra the wait. I am so looking forward to cooking the pork chops. Will definitely be ordering again.
