too much fat

I really like the porkchop but have found it has too much fat. plus, with the added freight to the Tacoma WA area unless you get special freight, they offer it's just not worth it

The package was so well packed, put together great for shipping. Opened upon delivery and put straight into the freezer. I cooked the chorizo last night with eggs on top and it was DELICIOUS. We are huge chorizo fans, so eating something we KNOW is healthy was awesome! Trying to cut back on seed oils and pigs are fed so many seed oil laden products, pork is not as safe to consume but Acorn Bluff Farms does it RIGHT and you can taste the difference!

Does not get any better

You will never want another kind of pork chop once you have enjoyed the sheer bliss of eating mangalitsa pork. Couldn’t be happier. Only took me 60 years to figure this out.

Trauma Release Pork Chops

If you're on the fence, I recommend you just do it. It's a different experience of pork. If you've been left a bad taste in your mouth about pork chops and are wondering if it can really be all that, just try it. Really mind-expanding stuff. The fond + fat makes for a rich pan sauce as well.
