My Grandfather says Czech Goulash can only be made with this pork, and he is RIGHT! Great product, fast shipping, still frozen on arrival, healthy and delicious!
Which stands for appallingly bad value. The economics of these chops are terrible. : there is a remarkable amount of fat relative to lean meat. That’s characteristic of very fatty Mangalitsa, but these is at the extreme end. All four chops I got are this way. A significant percentage of what I paid for here is fat and bone rather than well marbleized pork.
The spare ribs were finger-licking yummy!! Tender, fresh, and falling off the bone. They deserve 10 stars! Your hard work and care for the animals comes across in the quality of the meat.
My Hungarian and Czechoslovakian family always had something similar around. Yummy!
