The jowls are not meant to be eatten like meat, but as a fat seasoning or an oil for other foods. Theres no meat, it just disappears. The bacon is almost all fat as well but damn is it good. The pork chops are amazing. Point is, jowls are seasoning, creams, sauces etc, not food. Bacon is yum. Pork chops and shoulder are heaven. Will buy again i hooe soon.

Greetings! I had contacted you to get delivery of my order on Saturday because we were traveling. The food was delivered before that and when we arrived home most of it had thawed, we don’t know for how long. We new t for an acknowledgment to our message sent directly to the seller. Moreover, the Shop App did not send us a delivery notification as we set it up so we couldn’t even send a friend or relative to collect the order that got delivered early.
